remove the residual part of the tooth.
distal surface of #47 distal root was clean.
filling the socket with collagen sponge
10-day post-op, sutural removal
6-month after taking out of the impacted 3rd molar, it is necessary to evaluate the wound healing and the possibility of GTR procedures around the distal surface of the #47 distal root.
