Gum-line control for single anterior immediate implantation
Immediate implantation was the treatment plan. According to un-even gum-line before extraction and for the sake of gum-line control, forced-eruption after #11 root canal treatment was indicated before carring out immediate implantation.
And traumatizing occlusion on #11 resulting from mal-alignment of lower anterior teeth, it was necessary to correct the alignment of lower anterior 6 before implant therapy.
After forced-eruption for the gum-line of #11 about 1.5mm coronal to that of #21 and an ideal position of lower anterior 6, it was time to carried out immediate implantation.
